Gemolith is a website exclusively for the gemstone trade. If you are a jeweller, jewellery manufacturer, buyer for a brand, designer, designer maker or jewellery retailer, it is for you. If you are a gemstone dealer, or wholesaler, visit www.thegemcloud.com We offer an exclusive collection of genuine gemstones, that have been certified, photographed and videoed, to provide a consistent and verified collection of stones.

We sell over 30 different types of genuine colored gemstones. All certified, photographed and videoed.

All our gemstones are photographed using the same state of the art equipment in a standardised environment and only altered to match the actual stone. It should be noted that some gemstones may react differently in different lighting conditions.

Yes, you can request additional pictures and information.

All the gemstones on Gemolith.com come with at least one lab report.

Each login is specifically set per user and can only be shared with people from the same company. This is to protect all users of the site as well as each business using it.

You can return your item within 14 days from the purchasing date without questions asked. As long as the stone has not been interfered with in any way and all original documents and packaging is intact, it can be returned at your expense to our regional office.

Yes. Nevertheless, if you cannot find what you are looking for, you can place a special order with us through our ‘special order’ section and our sourcing team will get back to you within 2-3 working days with some results.

Order Process

Ordering a stone is simple. If you see a stone on Gemolith.com that you like, you simply place it in your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Payment processing methods include wire transfer and credit card payment.
Yes. You can do this by contacting us through the mail link available on the gemstone page you are interested in. We will then be able to hold the item for you for 2 working days.
In some cases, you may be able to request to see a gemstone before you purchase. This will need to be handled on a case by case basis.

If there is a stone you are looking for, but can’t find it on the site, Click the Special Order button and send us your request. Our team will then come back to you within 2-3 working days.

Payment and Charges

We provide you with two payment methods: credit card and wire transfer. Please note that, for some locations, we only provide wire transfer as a payment method.
Yes. We have different shipping fees for different locations which will be specified on your checkout.
Our selling prices exclude VAT and local taxes which will be charged to you separately by the shipping company.
Yes, once you have found the stone you like, add it to your cart and proceed to checkout. Once you check out, you will be given the opportunity to review your payment details and the stone details. Once you are satisfied, you can confirm the payment method, and continue to pay. We then proceed to ship your gemstone to you and we notify you of all the steps until the delivery.

Shipping and Returns

Yes. You may cancel your order and claim a refund within 14 days of your purchase date. If you want to cancel an order, please send an email to [email protected] You will then be given instructions on how to make the return. Do not ship anything until instructed to do so and then only in the described manner. Any refund will be processed 30 days of the stone’s receipt by Gemolith.
You have 14 days from the order to return the gemstone, but it must be in the condition it was received, along with all original documentation such as certificates, in order to receive a full refund. Please notify us as soon as you want to return it and as long as the stone has not been altered, or mounted, a refund process will begin. Check our terms of sales for more info.
Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been taken, it will be shipped directly to you. In most cases, we use Fedex for our shipments but we might use other shipping companies based on your location.
We aim to have the stone with you within 7 working days of purchase. However, there may be legitimate reasons why this may take longer that are often beyond our control, but you will be notified of this eventuality.
