CODE OF CONDUCT
As a partner of the Coloured Gemstone Working Group, we uphold the Gemstones and Jewellery Community commitments to responsible sourcing and production, which are included in our Code of Conduct. We require all our vendors to undertake the same commitments.

VETTING AND MONITORING OF RESPONSIBLE PRACTICES
In order to sell on Gemolith all our vendors are required to undergo our KYC screening process. Once onboarded, vendors are required to join the Gemstone and Jewelry Community Platform (GJCP) where they can learn how to improve their sourcing and production practices. Within six months they are required to take a self-assessment, and they are expected to work towards continuous improvement.
The GemCloud and the GJCP teams will work hand in hand to assist the vendor through this journey.
The Coloured Gemstone Working Group (CGWG), unites luxury brands and mining companies with a common interest in catalysing positive change in the responsible sourcing of coloured gemstones. In 2015, Tiffany & Co., Swarovski, Richemont, LVMH, Kering and Gemfields formed the CGWG. The Muzo Companies joined in 2017 and Chopard in 2019.
